Andrew Urban Shoots "Freewheelin'" for GOLF Magazine

Photographer Andrew Urban shot "Freewheelin'" for GOLF Magazine, reuniting PGA Tour veteran Brad Faxon with writer Michael Bamberger four decades after their single week together on tour in 1985. Shot on location at Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, the images lean into warm, nostalgic Florida light: a two-tone vintage convertible among palms, an old-school leather bag and persimmon woods, sunlit rounds on the course. The story, written by Faxon, doubles as the foreword to the 40th-anniversary edition of Bamberger's "The Green Road Home," out this June from Simon & Schuster. The feature runs in GOLF Magazine's May-June 2026 issue.
