Kristina Konarski began her interest in the nail care business in the late 1990’s, owning an exclusive spa in Miami Beach. In 2000, she moved to New York and decided to focus on nail care exclusively. Kristina is very playful and creative with colors, which she often custom mixes on the spot.

She is of Czechoslovakian descent from a famous painter. Surrounded by her mother’s artist and poet friends, Kristina’s love for painting and color was imprinted from a very early age.

She has worked on advertising campaigns and editorial for top fashion photographers such as Steven Meisel, Craig McDean, David Slijper, Paolo Roversi, David Sims, Mario Sorrenti, Mario Testino, Mert and Marcus, Terry Richardson, Versace, John Galliano, Valentino and Ungaro.

Her work can be seen regularly in W, American, French, Italian Vogue, Vogue Nippon and V Magazine. Additionally, Konarski has worked with many celebrities, such as Madonna, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Olivia Palmero, Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johanssen, Ellen Barkin, Jennifer Lawrence, Alicia Vikander, Emily Blunt, Kat Graham, Kate Hudson, Salma Hayek and top models Miranda Kerr, Karolina Kurkova, Karmen Pedaru, Alessandra Ambrosio and Caroline Winberg.
